Each order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. 2. Exchange Policy
Haani Perfumes offers an Exchange Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits under any circumstances.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within the time frame mentioned below.
3. Exchange Time Frame
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of order delivery. An unboxing video recorded continuously from start to finish without edits is mandatory to verify claims for damaged or missing items.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
- Items without original packaging, seals, or boxes intact.
- Change of mind or personal preference regarding fragrance notes after delivery.
- Items purchased during promotional clearance sales.
5. Delivery Charges For Exchange
Please note the following regarding delivery charges for exchanges:
All delivery costs incurred during the exchange process will be the full responsibility of the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the original product to us and the cost of delivering the exchanged product back to you.
Haani Perfumes will not cover, reimburse, or compensate any delivery charges related to the exchange process under any circumstances.
6. No Refund Policy
Haani Perfumes does not offer cash refunds or any form of monetary refund.
This applies to all orders without exception, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Disliking the fragrance after opening.
- Delay in delivery by courier services.

7. How To Request An Exchange

- Step 2: Provide your order number, full name, contact details, and clear photos or unboxing video of the damaged product.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and inform you whether your exchange request has been approved.
8. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality inspection, your exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, subject to product availability and courier services used.
9. Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during transit, please follow these steps immediately:
Failure to report delivery damage within 24 hours of receiving the order will result in the exchange request being declined.
